Returns & Damaged Product Policy

At Riptide and Glow, we take pride in the quality of every product we create.

No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be shipped as quickly as possible.

Please note that replacements are only provided for products that are damaged during transit or shipped incorrectly. We do not replace products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear after delivery.
